General Learning Services (Courses, Mentorships, etc.)
We offer a 50% refund on general learning products, provided:
- You have been enrolled for less than 10 days.
- You have not completed any full module or downloaded core resources.
- The request is made via official support channels within the qualifying period.
Inner Circle Community Policy
The Inner Circle is a premium trading space, not a mentorship program. Membership grants immediate exposure to our proprietary strategy, live trading environment, and confidential trading processes. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for Inner Circle subscriptions under any circumstance once access is granted.
Here’s why:
- Immediate Access to Proprietary Strategy Upon entry, members receive direct exposure to MandeFX’s core trading framework – a strategy we’ve spent years refining. This intellectual property cannot be unseen or “returned.”
- Non-transferable and Irreversible Value Unlike a physical product, you receive instant, intangible value through trading setups, signals, strategy layouts, and real-time trade breakdowns. These cannot be retracted once accessed.
- Confidentiality and Security of the Community The Inner Circle is a closed space of active traders. Allowing refunds compromises the exclusivity and security of our shared information.
- Not a Mentorship Service We are not tailoring strategies to individuals. This community is built for collaborative live trading, not 1-on-1 coaching or adjusting to external systems.
- Abuse Prevention To prevent unethical behavior such as joining briefly to copy our methods, then requesting a refund, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
- Access = Agreement By joining, you agree to our strategy-focused structure. Not trading the exact same way is not a valid refund basis – the Inner Circle is for learning through immersion.
- Digital Nature of Product Digital access to a private system and strategy is non-refundable by nature, as it cannot be undone or verified for “unused” status.
- Time-based vs. Value-based Membership Membership is not just about duration; value is delivered instantly. Access gives full exposure to setups that traders have paid thousands to access.
